First of all, if you're getting admission in better college then consider that first. There will be lots of struggle as it's a tier-3 college. Don't expect you'll get a great peer group as everyone is a average student here. Life is filled with struggles if you are serious otherwise it's fine you just get the Degree just for the sake of name. If you really want to achieve something just don't get involved in college and get your own things done. Coming to college is the total waste of time in this college, you have to prepare hard for the competitive exams for masters or MTech if you really want to achieve something.
